Pro-forma invoices

Domain registrations can be set to auto-renew if you have set up either a Direct Debit or stored card details.

When a domain is due to auto-renew with payment by Direct Debit, you will receive a pro-forma invoice when we initiate the Direct Debit payment. Direct Debit payments take several days to complete, and we will only renew your domain at the point that we receive confirmation of a successful payment. As this confirmation can occur after the charge appears on your bank statement, we provide a pro-forma invoice so that you have a record of the charge made.

You do not need to take any action when you receive a pro-forma invoice.

You will receive a VAT invoice once the domain renewal has completed.
